1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to SN Sports Arena. By accessing our website, reserving courts, booking coaching programs, or entering any of our 6 sports complexes (Rohini, Paschim Vihar, Janakpuri, Pitampura, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Facility Rules, and Safety Guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or facilities.

2. Footwear & Court Preservation Rules

To preserve our BWF Grade-1 Synthetic Wooden floors, FIFA 2-Star turfs, and USA Decoturf acrylic hardcourts, strict equipment guidelines apply to all players:

Facility staff reserve the right to inspect footwear and refuse court access without refund if improper gear is worn.

3. Pay & Play Slot Bookings & Hudle Terms

Pay & Play hourly court bookings are managed online via our partner portal, Hudle:

• Punctuality: Court slot time begins and ends strictly as per the booked reservation. Overstaying past your scheduled hour will incur pro-rata hourly fees.
• Maximum Occupancy: Single court slots accommodate standard game capacities (e.g. up to 4 players for doubles badminton/padel/pickleball; up to 10 players for 5v5 football turf).
• Check-in: Players must present their Hudle digital booking confirmation at the arena front desk upon arrival.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Our slot allocation policy ensures fair court availability for the Delhi sports community:

• Cancellation Window: Slot cancellations made at least 6 hours prior to the booked start time are eligible for slot rescheduling or wallet credits via the booking platform.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made under 6 hours or player no-shows are non-refundable, as the court was reserved and locked from other athletes.
• Arena Maintenance / Force Majeure: In the rare event of unforeseen electrical disruptions, severe weather (for outdoor courts), or scheduled tournament operations, an immediate full credit or reschedule will be provided.

5. Academy Coaching & Training Batches

For athletes enrolled in our NIS & BWF certified training academies:

• Monthly and quarterly academy fees must be paid in advance prior to the 5th of each training cycle.
• Missed training sessions due to personal reasons cannot be adjusted, though up to 2 monthly makeup classes may be scheduled subject to coach availability.
• Student athletes are expected to uphold sportsmanlike conduct, discipline, and respect toward coaches, teammates, and opponents.

6. Health, Physical Fitness & Assumption of Risk

By entering the courts, players declare that they are physically fit and have no medical contraindications to vigorous athletic play. SN Sports Arena provides certified first-aid and AED support on-site, but is not liable for incidental sports injuries, sprains, or pre-existing medical conditions occurring during voluntary play.

7. Personal Belongings & Lockers

Day-use lockers are provided for player convenience. Players are advised not to bring high-value jewelry or large sums of cash. SN Sports Arena assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Zero Tolerance

The following will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and permanent ban:

• Consumption of alcohol, smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, or illicit substances anywhere on arena grounds.
• Abusive language, physical violence, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior toward athletes, coaches, or staff.
• Intentional damage or vandalism to synthetic turf, timber flooring, LED stadium fixtures, or scoreboards.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with services or venue operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
