We only collect information necessary to facilitate sports reservations, coaching programs, athletic assessments, and venue safety:

• Contact & Identification Data: Full name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth (for junior coaching categories), and emergency contact numbers.
• Booking & Athletic Information: Selected sports discipline, court preference, booking date/time, skill assessment history, and coach notes.
• Transaction Metadata: Booking confirmation IDs, slot timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. Note: Sensitive payment card details and UPI pins are processed exclusively via RBI-authorized secure payment gateways (such as Hudle / Razorpay / BillDesk) and are never stored on our servers.
• Safety & Facility Surveillance: CCTV video surveillance footage operates throughout public court perimeter areas, viewing lounges, and entry/exit gates for athlete protection and emergency response.
• Technical Diagnostics: Browser user-agent, IP address (hashed/anonymized for security rate limiting), operating system, and performance metrics to prevent cyber attacks.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Facilitating Pay & Play court reservations and automated booking SMS/WhatsApp confirmations.
• Enrolling students in NIS/BWF certified academy coaching tracks, batches, and tournaments.
• Maintaining court schedules, player safety, and emergency medical contact access.
• Responding to inquiries, partnership applications, and trial class requests.
• Protecting our digital infrastructure against DDoS attacks, automated scraping, and unauthorized intrusions.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Hudle

Our real-time Pay & Play slot reservations and online payments are securely managed via our official integration with Hudle (Hudle Sports Technologies). When transferring to Hudle to book slots, your transactions are subject to Hudle's enterprise-grade encryption and privacy policies.

5. Youth & Minor Athlete Protection

Because we train youth champions and junior athletes, protecting minors is central to our values. Admission of students under 18 years of age requires explicit parent or legal guardian consent. Academy progress tracking is shared exclusively with designated guardians and coaching staff.

6. Data Security & Infrastructure Rigor

We deploy bank-grade technical and organizational safeguards:

• End-to-End Encryption: 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit.
• Security Headers: Strict Content-Security-Policy (CSP), HSTS, X-Frame-Options (clickjacking prevention), and X-Content-Type-Options.
• Rate Limiting: Intelligent sliding-window firewall protection to block automated brute-force attempts and DDoS flooding.
• Restricted Access: Staff and coaches only have access to information required to conduct training and emergency safety protocols.
